ADVERTISING FOR GOOD CAUSES The present study is about the concern and the commitment of advertisement industry to environmental and social causes. I consider that the whole activity of the ACT Responsible – organization that put together the efforts of the ad industry regarding the good causes – demonstrates the creative work of ad agencies in this field. Exhibitions organized by ACT in the last 10 years illustrate what signify for the advertisers the imperatives: Taking care of the Planet! Taking care of the others! Taking care of yourself! Finally I tried to find out what is the perception of my students regarding to the social and environmental ad campaigns.
